General Conditions

• In the event of unforeseen weather or operating conditions and in consideration of the safety of passengers, Eco Platypus Tours reserves the right to alter or amend the itinerary and costs as it sees fit at any time.
• Guaranteed departure is subject to a minimum of 4 passengers.
• Credit card payment incurs a surcharge of 2%.
• All prices include GST.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation of any tours within 72 hours to 30 days prior to tour departure will result in a 25% cancellation fee. 
• Cancellation within 24 to 72 hours of tour departure will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation or transfer within 24 hours will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
